    Home bulking routine could someone make me one?

    Hi Guys,

    I'm trying to bulk up and have been doing so for about 3 months. I'm on syntha 6 protein at the moment and have seen soem good gains but i was wondering if someone could make me a home workout.

    I currently have at home:

    100kg worth of weights
    4 dumbells
    2 Barbells
    a Bench upto 200kg support
    exercise ball
    walking treadmill (hardly gets used)

    So could someone make me a routine for the jefit app?

    I recommend you to include high protein foods for weight gain. Also, include potatoes for carbs to bulk up your body.
