Hi Guys,

My name is Cris, Im 24yo and Im from Canberra Australia.
I spent 4yrs in the Australian Navy full time and now 2yrs as a reservist so fitness has been part of my life for ages.

I sustained bad knee injuries in my service so I put on weight after being depressed and out for a while. I am trying to lose the weight now but finding it challenging to do weights and cardio that doesnt include squats, lunges or running!!

Well I am on my way back to a 6 pack!!
