    My Introduction

    I started working out about a year and a half ago. I dropped 35 pounds while focusing on cardio training, because of a health scare, and now that i have a clean bill of health i am focusing on weight training with a little cardio. When i first started working out, i used the notebook method but tracking my progress was cumbersome. Since i've started using JEFIT my performance has increased much faster and people have noticed. Hat's off to the developers!!

    Totally agree ! Congratulations on your progress . It always help tremendously when others notice your hard work . Keep up the Great work!
