    Question RE: Sets + Rest

    Hi,

    Not sure if this has been asked or not.

    I have a 3 day gym schedule. Three different routines focusing on 3 different styles of training. Is there a way to change the amount of sets, rep target and rest for each day? At the moment mine changes it for every day which is a bit annoying.
