I had this week off from the gym. My energy was very low, and I was fighting a bad cold. I kept my daily calorie intake in check for the most part this week. I'm proud to say that I have finally broke the 270lb mark. This morning I weighed 268.8lb!

I'm very happy to say the least. It's amazing that it took me 3 weeks to drop from 271 to 268. I'm very eager to start back at the gym on Monday.
