I had this week off from the gym. My energy was very low, and I was fighting a bad cold. I kept my daily calorie intake in check for the most part this week. I'm proud to say that I have finally broke the 270lb mark. This morning I weighed 268.8lb!

I'm very happy to say the least. It's amazing that it took me 3 weeks to drop from 271 to 268. I'm very eager to start back at the gym on Monday.

I have two new goals. I want to reach 255lb, and to reach a body-fat % of 25.

Grats... Those milestones really mean a lot to you on your way down. I had a stoke moment this morning when wii fit told me I was under 40 on BMI. Know it isn't an accurate measurement but as a bench mark I have been watching it.

    Keep up the work!

Well, its been a month since I last posted, so I have some catching up to do.

I've been sick all month with a bad cough/cold. I'm still coughing, but I'm doing much better. I haven't been tracking my diet all month, but I have still been going to the gym 2-3x per week.

Now that I'm feeling better, I have also started jogging/running as well as bodybuilding. My motivation is coming back and so is my energy.

I have still made strength gains during my terrible month, and my weight has stayed consistent. Surprisingly, my body-fat percentage went down to 29.6% from 30%.

I will soon be posting another status update pic, and I will do my measurements.

It was a tough month, but I've gotten through the worst of it.

Neither creatine or glutamine damage the liver. That said, I wouldn't suggest them at all for someone trying to lose weight.

20% isn't unhealthy. At least not if you go by standards. Especially for someone who has been at 30%.

Just be sure you aren't weighing in every single day. Your weight will flux quite a bit within a 24 hour period.
