    42 y/o - down from 78kg to 72kg since february

    Started training again in February, and working towards a few personal goals such as the 'human flag'...

    That's a flag from shoulder mount, isn't it? I normally see flag done differently.

    I'm not much of a pole fitness guy to be honest, though I've been trying to work towards achieving the human flag of late.
    This one, I call the 'hanging dragon flag'. It's relatively easy to perform, though it does kill your shoulders, and the triceps have to work quite hard isometrically.

    The full flag is more like this:



    Although it is more easy if you tuck the lower elbow into the midriff to provide more support.

    Yep, am familiar with these... As I said, I am working on the human flag at the mo'... I can do the modified one, but the full version elludes me... Trying to lose some weight to improve my power/weight ration and working on my shoulder strength.
