    Good starter routine

    I really like this routine. Thanks for posting it. As a beginner, I like the fact that it emphasizes machines while still incorporating some free weight exercises. I've modified mine just a little now, like substituting bike rides to the gym in place of the cardio. Using this routine has really helped me stay in the gym.
