Hi.
I am Gurjeet from India. I recently read the 5 x 5 stronglifts report and since was pursuing strength based training got hooked on instanly. Been doing this routine since 2.5 months now and got some good results. I will be posting my log from today onwards. Have been maintaining a log on a notebook at the gym. Lets see if I feel motivated enough to copy that here .
My biggest challenge right now is my squat. Have already dropped to 3 x 5 for all exercises, and am currently stuck with squats at 95-100 kg mark. It just wont go beyond this. I do not want to fall off to 1 x 5 right now as the weight is not much. Any advice would be welcome
Already been at Stronglifts 5 x 5 since 2.5 months.

Age : 33
Height : 6feet 1inches
Weight : 88 Kgs
Today's workout (all weights are in kilograms) :
1. Squat : 60 x 5, 80 x 5, 95 x 5,5,4
2. Overhead Press : 40 x 5, 50 x 5, 55 x 5,5,5
3. Deadlift : 80 x 5, 100 x 5, 125 x 4
P.S. My gym does not have fractional plates and though I have ordered a pair, I think it is taking forever for them to be delivered so my increments are all 5 kgs.
