    Daily vitamins & Diet

    Hi there,

    I'm at 69kg, plan to get to 75kg. 3 days a week musculation.

    To gain mass/muscle:
    - 3 scoops (130g) of Instant mass gainer each morning 8am
    - 3 scoop of true mass bsn whey after training (8PM)

    I bought Sci tec daily vitamins but they are HIGHLY DOSED( I started to take them each morning but I was a bit feared to continue when I looked at the %)

    got two dumb questions:
    - as I'm training at 7, arrive at home for lunch at 9PM... should I immediately drink my shaker of true mass .. or should I eat normally... then have the shaker at 10:30PM before sleep ?
    - should I continue to use the daily tabs vitamins from sci tec or is there a standard multivitamin that could be less "powered" for me.
    - I bought amino x bcaa, I was recommended to have one spoon and drink it before gym, then use regular water to hydrate during the gym

    as I started gym two weeks ago, I want to avoid going into issues

    Just look up vitamins on web md it will tell you effects of high doses uaualy its metals and vitamin a dont take to much of .if your tring to gain mass then you need to eat and not substitute meals
