Hi guys
Back after a few hecktic months as we have had Twins, thats me back to the gym as i was off it due to no time no sleep no life... ;-)
I need help with some sort of diet plan as i was losing the weight before when at gym
But due to no time i have been bad!
I have put on more than a stone! :-o
I am now trying to lose it with the gym again.
Doing weights but doing cycling cardio started with 10-11k in 20mins
Also using situp machine as it seems to be round my waist.

Any help ideas would be great.
I drink loads of fizzy juice and choc but have now stopped them )my down fall)


Ps also not shaving until i have done this and already look like Jesus....
Wife not happly. lol
