I suggest to add more core exercises into the database. To create individual core workouts for specific sports training like Ski, Golf, and Tennis.

Examples: Leg cradle, Knee hug, Seated rotations, Hip crossover, T-Hip rotations, 90/90 Stretch, various Planks and Bridges, Standing Ys and Ws, various Lunges and Squats, Inverted hamstring, Thoracic spine mobility etc.
