    Before and after! one years progress

    Hey people this are my one years progress pictures from nov 18 2011 to nov 18 2012! i went from 280 pounds down to 225 and still working on it! advice, tips and critiques welcome.
    Currently doing 3 hours of mma 3 times a week
    Hitting the gym 4 times a week 2-3 hours. mostly lifting
    Protein shakes post work outs and recently bought some creatine but have yet to try it.
    for dieting I just cut down on soda and fast food. But this is the hardest part of my fitness since been a college student doesnt give me the flexibility on time to be able to cook myself healthy food

    Awesome! Your progress is really visible. So 225lbs? How tall are you? Also, do you know your body fat percentage? Just asking as I'm about your weight but I think I'm fatter. I'm 5"8" and just under 20% body fat.

    I am 5'11 and i am not sure at all about my fat percentage. how can i find it?
