Hey people this are my one years progress pictures from nov 18 2011 to nov 18 2012! i went from 280 pounds down to 225 and still working on it! advice, tips and critiques welcome.
Currently doing 3 hours of mma 3 times a week
Hitting the gym 4 times a week 2-3 hours. mostly lifting
Protein shakes post work outs and recently bought some creatine but have yet to try it.
for dieting I just cut down on soda and fast food. But this is the hardest part of my fitness since been a college student doesnt give me the flexibility on time to be able to cook myself healthy food
