Hi there,

Just a quick introduction. I've had a difficult last couple of years which has seen me drop from a healthy 160lbs at 5ft7 to something like 140-ish, hoping that after healing a shoulder injury that I can return to health and fitness, along with completing my studies in exercise science. Seems like there's a great community supporting a fantastic little application. Hope that I can contribute something and learn along the way, whilst getting back to fitness and performance.
