I'm stuck in the crux of a decision on whether to drop my cutting routine in favor of a muscle building routine. my goal is to look muscular but not monster my confusion is when cutting to go lean your building muscle but not size when your building size are you not going lean still but losing fat. I'm leaning to not care what the scale says and go with apperance, please help a confused gym go'er thanks happy new year. good luck and goals reached. Steve
