    Help adding exercies to routines on website

    I'm usually pretty tech savvy, but the website has me baffled a bit.

    What I'd like to do is create my workout routine online, adding various exercises to it so I can then have the routine synced with my Android phone so it will be all ready for me when I hit the gym.

    I created a workout. When I go to the list of exercises and I select "add to routine", I get the error message: You don't have any workout day. Please add a workout day first.

    I don't have a clue what that means.

    Assuming I can accomplish what I want (namely creating routines online for syncing to phone), can you point me in the right direction?

    Go to “My JeFit”
    Go to “My Routines”
    Under “Add A Workout Day”, Name the workout then click “Add”
    Click “Edit” the workout
    Follow the 3 steps that pop up
