    Meal 2. Brown rice and mixed vegetable 1 cup and 5 chicken breast
    Meal 3. Skim Milk 12, granola bar 1 and one small apple
    Meal 4. tuna 1 can and 1 can apple juice
    Meal 5. Protein Shake.
