hi im just starting out on the beginner body-builder routine 4 day. I wish to bulk slightly but lose the pork belly for the washboard look. with that in mind I work 40 hrs a week & struggle to eat right. any tips or examples of diets which i should follow? I use protein shakes with oats for breakfast but fell like im letting the rest of the day fail so to speak. any advice would be highly appreciated thanks
