hi everyone

started getting back into shape about april last year.
two years ago i suffered a bad accident at work where i smashed my left foot in. i was off work for 5 months, 7 months back and then another 6 months off due to the 2nd operation. by this time my weight had crept up from 104kgs to 116kgs. and i was well out of form.
so started going to the gym and following a non too strict diet. the idea behind this at first was to shed the weight so my foot wouldn't suffer so much but then started to get hooked once i began to see the results.
36kgs later and feeling much better for it but want to acheive more.
i'm 44 years old, 185 cms tall and have my body fat down to 11%. (25% when i started).
