    mix my sets or not ?

    Hi, ive always mixed my routine with 2 muscle groups but should i alternate them or stick with 1 muscle until finnished ?? eg: if im doing chest and triceps i would normaly start with chest 3sets of 10 then id do triceps 3 x 10 then chest again then triceps and so on. or should i do chest,chest,chest then triceps,triceps,triceps ?

    The general rule, as far as I know, is to work big muscle groups first, then smaller groups. So in your case, do all chest then all triceps.

    Do you use a workout plan?

    yes i use a plan but ive always mixed my session - 6 exercises, 3chest - 3triceps etc, big,little,big,little,big,little
