    Routine without weights

    I'm looking for a starting point routine without having to use weights. I'm new to this and don't have access to weights. The excersizes I would like to utilized are things like push ups, pull ups (I have a pull up bar), sit ups, etc. Things I can do without too much equipment. Thank you in advance for any help and pointers.

    Going to be tough without weights, but not completely impossible. Get a good mix of pull-ups, crunches, fifer scissors, knees in and out, etc. in there.

    And utilize the objects around your house that you do have access to such as milk jugs or any heavy objects. Find a nice heavy piece of metal and do side bends, lunges, calf raises, etc. with it.

    You really do need to get some weights though, even if it's just a dumbbell.
