    Beginner Bulking! Need suggestions !!!

    I have access to dumbells, old fashioned bench press with weights, and a medicine ball. Its a start. Im looking to
    workout 6 days a week. Using those tools, what can I do?!?! Currently at 120lbs, 18 yr old male.

    Any suggestions helpful, ty

    and if you could create a 6 or 7 day workout plan using those items (bechpress, dumbells, medicine ball) thatd be sweet. I will follow that workout regiment with no excuses.
