    Greetings from MN

    Hey, new to the boards, have been using the app consistently for a couple weeks now. Got as far as losing 25 lbs since March on just cardio, and need to switch it up. Goal is to be down to 225 by the end of the year (255 now).

    Welcome to the forum!
    Adding weight training will help you lower that weight!

    Hey, latching on to this thread too. I am a heavy guy playing hockey too. I have a ton of weight I'd like to lose too!

    Trey, best of luck. Are you C2 with the Lakers again this year? I'd be happy to be down to 225 myself, but I have a little more to lose to get there than you do. We moved up for the winter so take it easy on us!
