    Healthy egg muffins

    Hi Guys!

    Im new here but here is a egg-white muffin recepie!

    Half a leek
    Mushrooms
    Egg-white


    How to:
    Chop and fry the leeks and mushrooms
    Fill the muffin form with the leek and mushrum in the bottom only, and then pour the egg-white over the leek and mushroom , put some peppar and salt on it, observe, fill the forms around 60% with egg white.

    Bake in oven for 20min on 190c

    Voila

    Well, you can allways switch the mushrooms for bacon That should be a delicious breakfast for someone who does not have time to cook every morning! I will keep on posting some nice meals ! Awsome app , thanks!

    Apple Smoothie Recipe

    Hi all,

    Ingredients
    half cup skim or soy milk
    0.75 cups (80-calorie) vanilla yogurt
    1 spoon. apple pie spice
    1 medium apple peeled and chopped
    2 Table spoon cashew butter
    Ice cubes

    Method
    Mix ingredients and blend. After for 1 minute, transfer in to a glass, eat with a spoon.
