Hey everyone, I'm Richard. I'm 26, 5' 10" and am currently 180 pounds. Love the app and the site, got a lot of great info off of it. i weighed about 220 pounds and was fat so i started working out and i started feeling great. then i got really sick spent 3 months in the hospital and lost about 60 pounds but gained about 20 back since i can finally eat again. Best weight loss program ever hahaha. Since i lost the weight i mean to keep it off. My diet is much better now since talking with the nutritionist and now i can go back to the gym but the doc said i have to keep it light. so wish me luck every one haha. and if any one could suggest a good program i could do for right now i would greatly appreciate it. thanks guys.
