    Just set this up and will be trying it out this evening. Looking for a total body workout using only body weight. This is similar to a boot camp class that I do at the Y, but this is a little more intense. I will post on the difficulty tomorrow, but in the meantime if anyone has some suggestions I would really appreciate it.

    Wow...I started out with a two mile interval sprint (sprint for two minutes, walk for two minutes) then moved into sets. I was able to do each circuit twice, with a 2 minute rest in between each. It took me about 30 minutes to complete it all and it kicked my butt. The one minute sprints at the end were brutal.
