I work out because I love living. Being lazy and unhealthy almost cost me my life.
I workout because I want to live a long, happy, active, healthy life... and I want to look good for the ladies!
I work out because I'm diabetic and want to be able to get off my medicine. I want to be healthy. I want to be in shape. I want to shop in Victoria's Secret again! I work out because I love myself enough to care about being healthy.
To be able to deal with life challenges well. Stay in my home until the end.

I never want my heart condition to return and I want to be able to wear the clothes I want to for the first time in my entire life.
It makes me feel good overall. When I consistently work out I have more energy, am not tired, have better self esteem, seem to be in a better mood and in better shape to dodge the turds that life throws at you periodically.
I workout because it is legal and I work out because I CAN!
It is my happy place! I enjoy the progression and feeling of accomplishment reaching goals. I stand taller and have more energy. It is also nice to connect with people with the same general healthy outlook on things. Results and how I look and feel help too! In 2015 I saw 60 pounds of fat disappear with a lot of hard work. In 2016 I am working to on a few pounds of muscle.
