This has found it's way into my workout sets. Especially when I'm going for a new PR.

I use an app called MixMeister BPM Analyzer to read my songs and create playlists based on beats per minute so I can keep my heart rate steady or increase it as needed. I've found that by using songs I know and love I find it easier to enjoy my workouts rather than working out to songs I don't know. I guess I'm a bit of a musical snob that way.
