Hello! I'm new, just signed up tonight.

A little about me: I've been a runner and cyclist for ten years, and made the transition to weight lifting nearly three years ago. I've worked a few programs, and as of late, decided to go with the Bill Starr program. I took a break from lifting, and just came back to it...so I'm looking for a routine that gives me the focus I need, and I want to see gains quickly! (don't we all? lol)

I will be posting all of my workouts here, including the days I run and ride, just to stay consistent. Tomorrow is my normal recovery day, no lifting or cardio, and then Saturday, I'll be back at it.

Look forward to getting to know you all, and offering help where I can, from what I've learned from the sport.
