Quick and easy recipes you might like

I'be just started to put some recipes together on my website, nothing flash, just the stuff I eat when training / changing body comp etc.

Sorry to post a link, but it's probably not cool to copy/paste them over here, what with duplicate content issues etc.

Hope you like these. I do 'quick, easy, but tasty', none of these take more than a few minutes to put together

Thanks... I also want to share with you one of my favorite foods: Lasagna with cottage cheese
Ingredients: 12 ounces ground beef
spaghetti sauce
6 lasagna noodles
cottage cheese
mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese
1. Brown the ground beef
2. Spread a cup of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 2-squart, over-safe dish.
3. Pour the rest of sauce in with the beef and cook in about 2 minutes.
4. Layer 2 noodles. 1/3 of the meat, 3/4 cup of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, then repeat. Use the final two noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella and parmesan cheese on the top for the last layer.
5. Cover baking dish with foil bate at 350C in 1 hour.

I have a quick and healthy recipe. It's name is pancetta.
Cook the pancetta on medium-low heat to slowly render out the fat and crisp up the meat. Once crisp, turn off the heat, remove the pancetta from the pan then whisk in a bit of Dijon. Add the warm dressing to chopped kale or spinach and finish with the crisped pancetta cubes, toasted pine nuts and currants.
