    DAY 17: Upper Body Smashing Power Bosh

    BB Bent Over Row: 3x5 60/80/90kg
    BB Snatch Shrug: 3x8 70/80/90kg
    DB Bench Press: 3x5 34/40/42kg <PERSONAL BEST!>
    BB Decline Bench Press: 2x10/1x7 70/80/90kg
    Dip: 2x10
    DB Shoulder Press: 3x10 16/18/20kg
    EZ Bar Curl: 3x10 30/30/30kg
    Cable Overhead Ext: 3x8 15/17.5/20kg
    Machine Lat Pull Down: 3x8 50/65/80kg
    Running intervals: 22 Minutes

    Breakfast: poridge oats, honey and berries
    Post WO: gf-1
    Lunch: Chicken Breast, 2 wholemeal Bread, mayo, piri piri sauce
    Snack: gf-1
    Dinner: hanger steak, sprouts, fine beans
    Snack: 2 boiled eggs, 2 wholemeal bread
    Naughty bit: sneaky 6 pigs in blankets ooooooops

    DAY 18: Rest/Cardio

    Run: 35 minute, 4mile negative split (2 mile easy, 2mile hard)

    Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 wholemeal toast
    Snack: gf-1
    Lunch: chicken breast, 1 pitta, spinach, sweet potato
    Snack: banana
    Dinner: hanger steak, 1pitta, mushroom, fine beans
    Snack: gf-1

    MACRO: 48p/30f/22c

    Good run today, felt fit. Need to stretch off my legs well before Friday legs day!!!

    Chin Up: 3x5
    DB Shoulder Shrug: 2x15 20/22kg
    DB Shoulder Press: 3x12 14/16/18kg
    DB Upright Row: 3x12 8/12/14kg
    DB Lat Raise: 3x12 8/10/12kg
    Cable wide grip Row: 3x10 45/50/55kg
    Cable Lat Pull Down: 2x15 35/50kg
    Interval Running: 22 minutes

    Diet was good today, felt really strong and fit. Or was it the pre workout?

    Cross trainer: 22 minute intervals

    Big session, left me for dead!!!

    Massive day today, really impressed with my PB on the bench Press, just got to get after the 46kg now. Grrrrrrrrr. Couple of progress pics.

    DAY 24: Rest/Cardio

    4 mile fartlek run. 34 minutes. Felt ok but weather was horrible. Back and shoulders tomorrow, can't wait.
