    App not syncing across platforms?

    I am extremely new to the app and the site and am having some issues. I currently have the app installed on my Galaxy S3 and my Nexus 7 tablet, I also use the online site on my computer. Earlier today I added exercises to a routine I'm building for myself on the tablet and the exercises are not showing on my phone or online? What am I doing wrong

    Nevermind, I guess I had to sync it a few times to get it to go onto all my platforms. Now I just need to figure out how to finish my routine so I can use it!
