    i dont like having a work out buddy as a work out then takes twice as long, or they annoy me and keep bugging me and not doing there own thing.

    I just put head phones in and smash out my set. How ever in saying that i do like seeing people in the gym and going they have improved time to push myself a bit more and so on.

    Even with a killer playlist, the right partner can push me harder. I get competative.

    Out of the two, the playlist. There aren't many people willing to go to the gym at 5am with me.

    I'm sort of weird, I'll do my strength alone, I push myself pretty hard so I don't need anyone else to motivate me, but I sometimes will do cardio with my cousin, even though we both listen to music, we're pretty much just next to eachother. Though we do motivate eachother as I have a hard time doing cardio if she's not pushing me to go, and vice versa.

    I have to admit I have a bit of a playlist OCD. I use an app called MixMeister BPM, it's a beats per minute analyzer, I export that to an Excel spreadsheet, sort by BPM, and make my playlists from that. You only have to analyze once so really it's just going into Excel and going through the songs. I used to make playlists that got faster with each song but I've found I stay more pumped by keeping them all the roughly the same bpm. I've also started making them longer, used to be 12 to 16 songs, now I'm up around 30, that way on my longer days I don't have to start a new one.

    I'm competitive and buckle at peer pressure. Having the accountibility is what I need to get over my flunk and to keep me going. I spend 12-16 hours in the hospital and when I get home I just want to lounge, even though there is a treadmill right behind me and all muscle group bar and stands with weights in my living room. I have awesome routines made for myself that I used to do back when I had single digit BF% and I have altered for me since now im 26%. Having someone say "you should just get 2 sets in" is just the boost I need sometimes...

    That being said, I could use some help on accountability. I really want to get back into shape before having kids which could be anywhere from 1 year or so from now depending on when it happens...

    Do My Dissertation

    Despite everything i'm tweaking that impeccable schedule that truly encourages me accomplish my objectives. I discover awakening super early and going in when nobody else is around truly does it for me. Having the entire place to myself, so I can concentrate on preparing and daydream all in all.
