    Awesome! thank you a ton!
I've been a very lucky man, and very humbled by all of the emails and such I've gotten in the last year since the story was 1st published on BB.com...

Since that story, I've been featured on several other sites as well!
    bodybuilding.com
    machinemuscle.com
    bestmastersfitness.com
And even a site based in Brazil!
I got a chance to share the story here locally in Omaha in a local "transformation" magazine and even was put on the cover!

It's my hope that guys and gals use my example and use the app like I did to turn it around...

Actually very similar to me. My mom's family has a history of diabetes. Doctors always tell me my triglycerides and blood pressure are high and I'd have to go on meds if it got worse. I was approaching 40 and had to buy new jeans, 38 waist (so a much bigger gut), and I decided I needed to do something. My blood pressure is much better but my triglycerides are still just a bit high (when I check in the am before breakfast it's like 101 when it should be 99 or less) so I know I still have a way to go. I'm at about 20% body fat right now and want to get to 10% (or just slightly above that). I just HATE cardio and when I diet I can't hit my lifting numbers and I LOVE hitting higher numbers. I'm gonna add in sprinting and see if that helps.
