I'be just started to put some recipes together on my website, nothing flash, just the stuff I eat when training / changing body comp etc. Sorry to post a link, but it's probably not cool to copy/paste them over here, what with duplicate content issues etc. http://www.leanerbydesign.com/category/cook/recipes/ Hope you like these. I do 'quick, easy, but tasty', none of these take more than a few minutes to put together Best Steve

I have a quick and healthy recipe. It's name is pancetta. Cook the pancetta on medium-low heat to slowly render out the fat and crisp up the meat. Once crisp, turn off the heat, remove the pancetta from the pan then whisk in a bit of Dijon. Add the warm dressing to chopped kale or spinach and finish with the crisped pancetta cubes, toasted pine nuts and currants.
