Cool Getting started

Hey everyone. Just found out about this app today while I was looking something to write down my routine instead of checking few websites every exercise. I had really long break from gym and this is kind off late new years resolution () but Im definately not giving up this time (Everybody says that but I mean it ). Im 21 years old, my job doesn't invole any physical work so for the past 5 months or so Ive been sitting there and getting fat. Not that Im chubby or anything I just have a beer belly. Quit drinking completely, started eating way less fast food, stopped drinking cola/redbull and stuff like that and to be honest it feels really great and I certainly don't miss those things. For the past few weeks I've been doing 5 days split, nothing too complicated. As it felt really basic Im going to do Jefit Intermediate Routine . I know most of the exercises pretty well there is just one thing that bothers me: DIET. Im that kind of guy that doesn't like to spend too much time in the kitchen. Could anyone suggest some diet templates for maintaining weight (well as Im looking to lose my beer belly I probably might be on calorie deficit abit".

P.S Sorry for my english, it's not my first language.

When I came back to fitness, I began with Body for Life. The diet that they lay out is simple, and so easy that I could do it. Here is a sample of their meal plans: http://bodyforlife.com/library/meal-plans.
