    Cool

Thanks for all the tips guys. I've decided to give a 4 day split a shot.
Mondays :chest and triceps . 12 sets chest .9 tris
Tuesday :back and bicep. 12 sets back. 9 biceps
    Wednesday are off / rest
    Thurs : shoulders. 12 sets
    Friday : legs and abs

Any new input for this? High intensity. Sets are in 8 reps . 8 is essentially the absolute most I can do.
I'm also cutting (diet wise) just at 1800 cals a day tho. So its a mass amount of protein in a little amount of cals. 190 grams

Anything I need to know about this?

OP, how much do you actually weight right now? is 1800 calories what you normally eat or have you reduced this drastically ?

Its reduced. To maintain would be about 2100 cals. I weigh 210. About 20-25% bf though. ..

    thankx! pretty good tip

Glad it helped. After my comment of "less supersets and less rest time" I decided that limiting the rest time was ideal to make the muscle work harder (had to find my own personal balance to keep up with a heart defect) but re added more supersets into my routine to add the shock back in and it's worked a treat for myself so far, not checked measurements but getting alot of comments to say I'm growing so that's been enough evidence to say I've hit my own personal setup now
