    Warm-up sets and auto increase weight amount.

    Two features I like to see:

    1: A way to set-up a warm-up weight sets; manually or by percentage of work weight or some other idea.

    2: Ability to auto increase work weight and set the weight amount (e.g. 5 lbs/10 lbs) for the next day of a routine.

    Auto increment is great for people who use starting strength, etc. It would also be nice to be able to specify a weight target per exercise for people on specific programs. For example on 5/3/1 I know my target weights for every primary lift over the next month. It would be nice if I could enter both reps and weight into the routine as target so I don't have to pull up my spreadsheet every day.
