    Muscle assessment in Elite

Kinda fun, but was hoping to change the excercises when I turned Elite, but nope. Leg press machine isn't available in all gyms and I get the feeling that one weight on one machine isn't the same on another leg press machine. I'd prefer if you changed that one to squats. And Hundreds is a strange excersise here, how do you even count a rep?

Not sure that helped. Two exercise for gauging strength and endurance... what book is that, there's a lot of books out there . When it comes to strength I'd say the reference is the big three, bench, squats and deadlift.

If you look at vids on youtube hundreds are like counting 5 breaths in, 5 breaths out until you get to one hundred... is that one rep? Weird exercise, especially when being some sort of reference. And not exactly the explanation in Jefit.

Agreed. Can you clarify what the hundreds rep is? 5 breaths in and out - is that a rep? Seems like there are other abs exercises that would be better benchmarks.

The muscle assessment is done automatically when you complete the exercises it uses for each calculation (bench press, leg press, pushups and 100s)

I agree that it would be more effective to use squats and some other form of ab exercise (leg raise maybe) to measure the assessment. I work out in my basement so I definitely don't have access to a leg press, and I've never done a 100 for ab exercises. It's not a big issue, but more common exercises would be better for doing a muscle assessment.

I don't know what a "hundred" is and it's making me crazy. I found a video on YouTube. Is this it?
