    Question creating sets like 3x 6-8 or 4x 8-10?


    is it possible to set a target region of repeats in a Working routines? (E.g. 3x 6-8 or 4x 8-10)?

    I may be wrong, but I don't think there is currently any way to set a rep range like your examples.
