    My home workout log

    Hello,
    I intend to post my workouts here, for motivation.

    │1 rep max bench press 100 kg (Baechle)
    │1 rep max OHP 62 kg

    My goal is to work out 3 times a week full body workouts.
    I will post my logs here like a personal workout diary (sort-of).
