My wife and I did a Total Body workout this morning. Felt sluggish but got it done somehow.

10 Burpees
20 BW Squats
30 Dumbbell Squat Press (20lbs each)
40 Situps
50 Jumping Jacks

4 rounds for time--34min 23 seconds.

Shoulders burned: 2
