My wife and I did a Total Body workout this morning. Felt sluggish but got it done somehow. 10 Burpees 20 BW Squats 30 Dumbbell Squat Press (20lbs each) 40 Situps 50 Jumping Jacks 4 rounds for time--34min 23 seconds. You used the Polar HR monitor. Was that the wrist or chest strap? I used the chest strap, paired with my iPhone, while following my Jefit routine. Polar seems to have shut down when I was doing Jefit, even though I kept the phone within 2 feet. I'll try again, but I was wondering how other people fared.
