is this an alright/good product? i am 152lbs an 5'9 with ≤5% bodyfat id like to stay low bodyfat but i wanna gain mass on my muscles 3-5in on my arms 2-3in on forearms/neck 4-6in on chest/back 2-4in on shoulders i lift on a 5day split i farm/ranch/do irrigation right now i intake maybe 2000-2500 calories a day (pre gainer) all advice is welcomed!! whats a good caloric intake #? thank you in advance!
