    2 large green apple
    20g wheat flour (half scoop 100 ml)
    80g sugar
    250ml oat-flakes
    25 min at 180°C

    Grease cake pan with butter and powder with flour and / or confectioner sugar. Peel and core apples and layer them on the bottom of the pan either sliced or diced. Beat egg whites with sugar into thick froth, mix in flour and oatmeal. Pour the batter into the pan, spread evenly. If desired, let stand for 5-7 minutes for the oatmeal to soften. Bake for 25 minutes at 180C (355F)

    Haven't tried this one

    I haven't tried this one but I tried making cookies and candies from oatflakes. My family likes them a lot!
