Hi guys/Gals,

I'm 29 and I've been training on and off for about 8 years, through a catalogue of injuries!

2010 - Lateral Release Surgery & Meniscus tear
2013 - Labral tear
2014 - Ulnar nerve transposition
2014 - Sliced my knee open down to the bone doing a tough mudder
2015 - Tricep re-routed linked to ulnar never

This year - I plan to stay out of hospital!!

I'm currently doing a PT qualification, I have qualifications in sports nutrition, diet & weight management and dietary supplements. I have a big passion for fitness and lifestyle, but it's not a job, just a hobby.

Looking for people with a passion for training to motivate and inspire me whilst i try and get back on track with consistent training and living and hopefully i can return the same!
