    I don't work out for long. Usually one hour, or one and half hour at most. And 3-4 days a week. I try to be regular. I believe if could maintain my regularity I can got me into a good shape.

    As an [URL="https://www.assignmentsonweb.co.uk/"]assignment writers[/URL], i have to work from home too. So cant fix the time for workout and other exercises. But any one guide me regarding some warm up exercises and at least how much time i spent on my workout.

    I usually do crunches every other day and weekend walking.

    My workout routine is quite simple, I workout 7 days in a week and I exercise 1 hour regularly early in the morning.
