I make a smoothie every morning with about 30g of protein. My girlfriend is convinced that if I add protein to her smoothie she will get bulky... I've told her this is not the case... any help from the ladies out there?

Of course she won't get bulky no worries. I had the same problem, i was looking for answer and the support from this [URL="http://www.powerbody.co.uk/category-protein,21.html"]site[/URL] helped me. But as i said, tell her she shouldn't worry about it
