Hi everyone. Medical tests to military school went pretty well, almost all is great. I only wait for my blood results. I have no classes now (winter break) and I'm in my parent's house. I have not much weights here, so I'm concentrated on more hypertrophy workouts. +some running and swimming as a form of cardio.

Yesterday I decided to go a little bit heavier and I've done fronts squats, five sets by five. Then sumo deadlift, bulgarian squats, stiff leg deadlift and some calf raises. Here is a quick video from my workout, enjoy watching!

I still don't have resultd of my medical tes, but I decided to go heavy with my running and swimming. Now I do gym 4 times a week (5/3/1 programm), running 3 times a week and swimminf one time a week. Befere every gym training I do some bodyweight pull-ups.

I still have great dilema - finish my engineering college first or go to army...

    Hi, what's up everyone
I've passed my medical tests to the military school. I have 4 months left to my final interview and sport test. But u know what, I'm still not sure if it was good idead this trying to get to the army again. I see myself in the future as an athleet (maybe powerlifter), biomedical engineer (high chances for that - I'm studying mechanical engineering now and I can do master degree in biomechanics in my technical university). Anyway, most important goals for now are study hard, lift hard, and include some running and swimming in my workout programm.
My current workout routine is Wendler's 5/3/1 and I have just finished first training cycle. This forkout is very suitable for me.

Check out my new video - Sadik Hadzovic looked great at the stage of Arnold Classic.

    Hi, what's up everyone
I'm into my deload week of my Wendler's 5/3/1 programm now. I decided not to touch squat, bench and deadlift and I do more hypertrophy stuff now. I think my physique look not so bad. I'm happy about that because I was concentrated on strength training last months. What really piss me off is that there is soo much to lear in my college right now. But I keep on grinding. Goal is to survive next 5 days and then I will have one week break.

And I believe I will hit some PRs during next training cycle. I will post some numbers here in my log in near future to see if I continue progressing.

    Hi, what's up everyone
I'm close to finish first week of my second training cycle. I'm pretty happy about the results. I've hit 270 for 9 reps on deadlift (10th was not clean, so i didn't count it) and 165 for 6 on bench press. Can't wait for the third week, when I will be hitting PR's. The only mistake I've made is that I went too hard on deload week. I've been doing only hypertrophy stuff, but too much training volume - there's no way that my muscles recovered well after training cycle. I'll do it correct next time - deload weeks are important too.

And there is new video on my YT channel - Kai Greene talks about goal setting (with subtitles in my language, but that should not be a problem). Enjoy watching!

    Hi, what's up everyone
Glad to see that my numbers are going up on that Wendler's 5/3/1 programm. I'm only afrain about my lifetime weak point - bench (did only 3 reps with 175 last week). But anyway, I hope it will be increasing too. And down below is my short physique uptade, enjoy!

    Hi, what's up everyone
Just came back from my gym and I'm extremly happy after my leg workout. I've hit squat PR - 240x2 Then I've done 2 sets of 12 reps with 185, then 4 sets of stiff leg deadlift and then 4 sets of leg press and then some abs excercises at the end.
The next thing that I want to write a little bit about is my youtube channel. I do it for my own satisfaction, but last few days I saw, that some of my videos have pretty hight number of views and the last one (link is down below) have also some positive comments from US fitness youtubers, so I'm really happy about that too. I decided to start doing something bigger, enjoy trailer of this material!

    Hi, what's up everyone
Sorry for being out of jefit for a while but my computer broke down. I had to take it to some specialists and it was very expensive for an ordinary student. But now everything is fine again. I took a short 3-day diet break because I was very streesed about that computer and I ate almost only chocolate. I'm inside deload week of Wendler's 5/3/1 routine and I believe it will be good to rest from heavy weights - I felt very tired in last training week. Almost 7 weeks of pretty hard 6-day-a-week training routine is hard for nervous system. So plan for the next 3 days is to rest well, train a little bit lighter and recover in 100% to go heavy in next weeks.

    Hi, what's up everone
My training ORM went up, I'm starting my third cycle of Wendler's 5/3/1 routine. I enjoy making PR's almost every final week of the cycle, this routine suits me very well at all. Last results are fo example: 230x3 on squats, 105x1 on OHP so I thing that my general strength is definetly going up. I also try to follow my diet without any excuses besause that can be a crucial factor too in my road to 1000 pound club Next week I'm going to start taking creatine, lets see, what happens.
